If you live in the UK and have purchased from montane.com you have 30 days to return your item (s) please review the return guidelines below.

ALL UK RETURNS ARE FREE
  • You have 30 days to return an item
  • Please use the labels provided to return your item(s) via Royal mail or CollectPlus.
  • Instructions for returning and how to track items are below.
  • Return labels are located on the reverse of the dispatch note enclosed with your original order.
  • If your returns label is damaged or missing you can visit the Royal Mail portal here to generate your own Royal Mail returns label.
  • Please ensure you add the order number when generating the label.
  • You will receive the label via email which also includes a QR code which can be scanned at drop off if you don't wish to print the label.

    CONDITION OF RETURNS
  • All products must be returned as new and is a saleable condition.
  • All accessories and tags should still be attached with no evidence of wear.
  • Please note items returned without their original packaging and tags attached will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

    RETURNS PROCESSING
  • We process all refunds within 3-5 working days of receiving items via Royal Mail or CollectPlus.
  • Please use the proof of shipment receipts provided by Royal mail or CollectPlus to track your returns status.

  • Items will be refunded following inspection, items must be in a saleable condition to obtain a full refund.
  • The refund is credited to the credit or debit card that was used to place the order.
  • We can not refund an alternative account.

    EXCHANGES
  • If you would like to exchange an Item for a different size or colour please use the returns form (on the reverse of the packing slip) to indicate the item you are returning and the item you would like to receive.

  • ROYAL MAIL RETURNS

  • Complete your Return Form with full details of your reason for return and include this inside your parcel.

  • Your Returns Form can be found on the back of your dispatch note.

  • Repack all items with all tags or tickets in their original packaging but removing the original delivery label.

  • Please note any items returned without their original packaging and tags will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

  • Attach your pre-paid Royal Mail returns label to the outside of the package and obtain a certificate of postage when you visit your local Post Office.

  • If your returns label is damaged or missing you can visit the Royal Mail portal here to generate your own Royal Mail returns label.

  • Please ensure you add your order number when generating the label. The label will be made available to download.

  • If you do not have the facility to print the label a QR code will be emailed to you which you can scan at the post office.

  • You will receive a receipt which provides proof of shipping and tracking details. You can use the tracking details to track your return here.

  • We will refund the credit or debit card of the person who originally placed and paid for the within three working days of Montane receiving your item(s) although it may take longer for funds to reach your account.
  • COLLECT PLUS RETURNS

  • CollectPlus is a convenient way to return parcels via local shops, petrol stations, universities and shopping centres, and it is a service trusted by thousands of busy people every day. There are over 5,800 CollectPlus stores, open from early in the morning until late in the evening, 7 days a week.

  • Complete your Return Form with full details of your reason for return and include this inside your parcel. Your Returns Form can be found on the back of your dispatch note. Repack all items with all tags or tickets in their original packaging but removing the original delivery label. Please note items returned without their original packaging and tags will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

  • Attach your CollectPlus returns label to the outside of the package and drop off your parcel in your chosen store, where you will be given a receipt with a tracking code. You can track your parcel yourself here. If you no longer have your label you can request a replacement through your Online Account.

  • We will refund the credit or debit card of the person who originally placed and paid for the within three working days of Montane receiving your item(s) although it may take longer for funds to reach your account.

  • You can find your nearest CollectPlus store by clicking here and use the ‘Find a store’ search at the top of the page. Alternatively, you can text COLLECT and your postcode to 84555 (e.g. COLLECT NE63 0YF). Texts from 84555 are free to receive. Texts to 84555 are charged at your standard network rate.   • You can return parcels with cabin baggage dimensions 60 x 50 x50cm and up to 10 kg using CollectPlus

  • If items are returned damaged or without all swing tags and accessories Montane reserves the right to refuse a refund and may charge to return the product to you.
