    Repair service

    My insulated jacket needed a zip slider replacement. It was really easy to arrange and send my item. Communication was good and the best thing was the speed of service. From beginning to end was a week and this was immediately before Christmas.

    A great service and I now have a jacket again.

    Zip repair

    Zip was opening up on favourite insulated waterproof coat which was otherwise in excellent condition, sent it off to repair service to have zip slider replaced, which was done promptly efficiently and effectively, zip works fine now, coat is as good as new.
