    New model changes spoils the glove

    I have the original version of this glove (just the one, having lost the other). I spent ages looking at alternatives and couldn't find one so they wondered if I could still get it. I found they are now selling an upgraded or new version and bought the glove as the old one has been fantastic for my needs, which includes mountain bike where i need good feel and control and general walking in not too cold conditions.

    What really worked for me was the good fit. I have stubby hands and the glove was a perfect fit.

    The new one however have changed, I not have about 10-12mm extra finger length, The cuff is now longer making them harder to get on (they always were tricky) and the extra cuff just has to be tucked under the jackt cuffs and the shape of the gloves makes them large on the back of the hand. The cut of the component materials have changed which probably makes it different. and oddly enough I bought a size smaller than my old version using Montane sizing guide. So dissapointed @ £55 but decided to stick with them as unable to find suitable alternative.

    They still perform well, and provide good wind restitance and a little warms, they just dont fit well.
