Very good jacket but according to one review; “does exactly what it says on the tin”. However, my jacket didn’t come in a tin. Seriously. Completely Tinless. How can I get my missing tin? Should I get a partial refund as my jacket was 'sans tin'?
I know the super efficient and always friendly customer service team at Montane will look to see how this problem can be remedied.

All Montane is top-quality product IMO. It fits, it works as intended, and the materials and assembly are sublimely integrated.
I went with this over the straight-on Phase jacket. This jacket doesn’t rustle like the Phase or most dedicated rain jackets. The insulation here is light enough for a wide variety of conditions. Fit is Montane-trim, but I can still wear it in my normal XL size for outerwear. I’m considering the new, heavier version of this same jacket for winter. The Duality Lite gets the job done.
