We are excited about the opportunity to welcome the right candidate into the UK Sales Team in a newly formed position as Sell Through Representative for the South.

Reporting into the Head of Sales and working directly with the Key Account manager you will be responsible for driving the sell through of Montane products by engaging with staff, both digitally and in store, ensuring strong visual merchandising and ambassador building at floor level.

It is fundamental in today’s ‘busy’ market that a brand can cut through and you will play an important part in making that happen.


  • 3+ years’ experience working in the outdoor industry at a trade or wholesale level.
  • An active ‘outdoors’ person with a strong sense of adventure
  • Experience of delivering structured presentations to large groups.
  • Confident, likeable, and relatable with excellent communication skills.
  • Highly organised and capable of creating detailed seasonal work schedules.
  • Self-motivated and ambitious
  • Work well as a member of a team
  • Ideally located in central England
  • Full clean UK driving licence is essential.


  • Deliver a structured programme of seasonal product training to National accounts with a focus on customer service and technical understanding.
  • Plan, develop and deliver the digital content for Myagi.
  • In conjunction with the KAM, deliver bespoke product training in-store.
  • Support the KAM as required on grass roots incentives at wholesale.
  • Ensure that store associates are kept up to date with seasonal campaigns, product awards, PR and brand news.
  • Work with stores to ensure VM standards are at the required level to deliver the maximum brand marketing impact.
  • Install/deliver POS and campaign artwork. Report feedback from the market, retailers, and end-users.
  • Attendance at retailer events, trade shows, product launches and consumer events as required.
