The product I've purchased from Montane.com doesn't fit/ its unsuitable how do I return it?

Please use the returns form and labels enclosed with your original order to return the unwanted product. Please indicate reason for return. You may exchange the item for a different size or colour just complete the exchange table on the form provided.

How long do I have to return the product I purchased from Montane.com?

Items purchased from Montane.com are currently subject to a 90 day return period. Please complete the returns form and attach the labels provided in your original delivery to return your items.

How long do refunds take to process?

Please allow up to four working days for your items to arrive in our warehouse from your drop off date.

You can track your item using the receipt of postage from Royal Mail or Collect Plus.

We process all refunds within two working days of receiving returned products.

Refunds are processed but funds can take up to 10 working days to appear or clear in your bank account due to your banking providers internal processes.

Can I return a Montane product purchased elsewhere to Montane.com?

Only products purchased directly from www.montane.com should be returned to us.

If you purchased your product(s) from a Montane stockist, please contact them directly to arrange a return.

Any items returned to Montane.com which have been purchased elsewhere will be returned to you at your own expense.
